How to film the Hop Hop Hop trend yourself
Prop the phone at chest height in a long hallway, stand right at the lens with your friend several metres behind, and hold your palm so it sits on their head on screen. They hop three times on the beat, then crouch as your palm goes down. Then swap.

Setup
- A long, straight hallway or room; the further apart you stand, the better.
- The phone fixed at chest height, vertical. Don't hold it: the camera must not move.
- Record with the sound playing so you both hear the "hop"s.
Timing
- Grin into the camera, then point back at your friend.
- Your friend hops three times on "хоп-хоп-хоп".
- Raise a flat palm level with their head on the screen and press it down slowly; they crouch at the same speed.
- Stop recording, swap places, and film the second half. Join the two clips.
