What is the Hop Hop Hop AI trend?

It is one fixed camera and two people, in this order:

1. The person at the camera grins into it, then points back at the friend far away.
2. The friend hops three times, once on each "hop" in the song.
3. The person at the camera holds a flat palm over the friend's head, as seen from the lens, and presses down. The friend crouches lower and lower, as if squished.
4. Hard cut: they have swapped places, and it happens the other way round.

The palm never touches anyone. They stand metres apart, and it only lines up from the camera (how the trick works).

The song is a sped-up cut of Shluzov's "Её парень" ("Her boyfriend"), a Russian rap track (about the song). Russian-speaking TikTok danced to it from late summer 2026. In October it crossed over: a US couple's take at home passed 2.6 million views on October 23, and @nirami1's hallway take, captioned "squished or get squashed", passed 1.4 million the next day. From October 29 AI templates started putting new people into it.

1. Open the generator and add your photo and a friend's, or one photo of you both.
2. Check a picture of you squishing your friend. Say yes and watch a free 4-second preview.
3. Unlock the full 8-second video with the swap and the song, and post it (posting guide).
